The city council introduced the tourist tax in some periods of the year.

High Season: from June 15th to September 15th

Low Season:  from September 15th to June 15th

Children up to 3 years: free if sharing bed with parents.

The check-in is carried out from 1 p.m., with the possibility of agreeing other hours with the owner, while the day of departure you must leave your room within 10.00 am, so that we can provide clean and tidy room for the next guest, just like we did for you. 

To confirm your reservation we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the arrangement price. You can pay using  banktransfers or postal money order.(Payment details will be provided by e-mail). You need to complete the payment of your stay at your arrival (only cash).

CANCELLATIONS, EARLY DEPARTURES and NO SHOW

If you are forced to cancel the booking, you must send a written notice by mail to the email address of the B&B. It is possible to cancel your reservation up to 1 week  prior to your scheduled arrival date and you will receive a refund of the deposit.

In case of cancellation the day before or during your stay, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

In  case of no-show without any communication the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
